Chartering of vessels is effected by us, not for our own account, but exclusively in our capacity as Forwarding Agent, or Ship owner's Agent, unless agreed to the contrary.

Storage activities are subject to the filed Amsterdam-Rotterdam Warehousing Conditions, filed with the registry of the District Court Rotterdam on 1 March 1994.

Unless specifically and contractually agreed to the contrary, all Transport orders will be handled by us exclusively in our capacity as Forwarding Agent. Forwarding activities are subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX-conditions), filed with the registry of the District Court Rotterdam on 1 July 2004.

Overriding Uniform Jurisdiction and Arbitration Clause:
All disputes which may arise between Handelsveem B.V. (C. Steinweg) and the other party shall be referred to arbitration in Rotterdam in accordance with the TAMARA Arbitration Rules (available at the Chamber of Commerce of Rotterdam, Information Department) and at the TAMARA Institute, P.O. Box 23158, 3001 KD Rotterdam, telephone +31-10-4363750, facsimile +31-10-4363750) or shall exclusively be decided by the District Court of Rotterdam, at the option of the party wishing to submit a dispute for decision.
All mentioned conditions are filed with the court registry at the District Court in Rotterdam and will be supplied upon request or can be found by clicking the link supplied behind the mentioned activity. In case of doubt which conditions are applicable Handelsveem B.V. (C. Steinweg) will decide.
