Pasir Gudang is located in the Southern tip of Peninsular Malaysia about 20 nautical miles east of the city of Johor Bahru. The port became fully operational in 1977, with a comprehensive system of modern freeways and rail linkage. It is accessible by road and rail from Johor Bahru and other parts of West Malaysia.

Under the competitive pressure from the new PTP (Port of Tanjung Pelepas) container terminal, Pasir Gudang has developed further into a competitive port which is constantly upgrading its facilities.

C. Steinweg offers warehousing services located in the Free Trade Zone for cargo arriving on breakbulk vessels and in containers.

We currently handle mostly soft commodities and agricultural products such as cocoa beans, coffee and palm oil. We are also able to conduct sampling, weighing, re-bagging, fumigation, phytosanitary inspection etc. Other products we handle are non-ferrous metals, ferro alloys and general cargoes.

On the Terminal Market Exchange, we are a LME (London Metal Exchange) approved delivery warehouse for metals and steel billets.

For plastic resins we are appointed approved delivery warehouse for DGCX (Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange).
