In 2024, just over 20 colleagues were exploring Copilot and ChatGPT. One year later, that number has soared to more than 180, representing nearly a nine-fold increase in adoption. Remarkably, usage doubled twice during 2025 alone, underscoring how quickly these tools have become embedded in everyday work routines. From analyzing data in Excel, rewriting emails, and tracking down hard-to-find messages, to efficiently wrapping up Teams calls, AI-powered tools are helping reduce the burden of repetitive tasks and are dramatically saving time.
