Tasks and responsibilities
Steinweg’s digital transformation runs through Feder8—the program implementing SAP and standardizing our Target Operating Model worldwide. Adoption of new ways of working is critical to capturing the program’s value. The Change Manager has a crucial role in this global implementation. You will be responsible for the full change cycle (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement), working closely with the various program teams to embed consistent practices across all regions.
Your duties include:
- Developing and maintaining the Feder8 Change Management Plan and align it with the master program plan;
- Conducting impact assessments per location and translating findings into mitigation actions and adoption targets;
- Crafting the change narrative and delivering messages through the right channels to the organisation;
- Tracking adoption metrics, analysing feedback and adjusting interventions where engagement lags;
- Safeguarding the global SAP template in collaboration with Global Process Owners while allowing justified localisation;
- Coordinating with PMO on integrated timelines, risks and governance reporting;
- Shaping thetraining scope and delivery so that learning supports change objectives;
- Maintaining a network of local change agents and coaching SMEs in basic change-management techniques;
- Preparing executive updates and steering-committee materials on readiness and adoption.
We hope you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
- Minimum of 7 years change-management experience, including at least one global SAP S/4HANA rollout;
- Stakeholder influence: Adapts style from board room to warehouse floor and aligns conflicting interests;
- Data-led decision-making: Defines and monitors leading & lagging adoption KPIs; bases actions on evidence;
- Clear communication skills: able to produce concise narratives in English (Dutch or another language is a plus);Pragmatism & ownership: Thrives in a flat, no-nonsense culture and is willing to “stand in the mud” when needed;
- Change-method know-how: Hands-on experience of Prosci / ADKAR or comparable frameworks (pre);
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute change plans with measurable adoption KPIs
- Background in logistics, warehousing or supply-chain environments is preferred.
