Operational Update – Regional Situation – C. Steinweg Oman

Dear valued partners,

In light of the current regional developments and as part of our contingency planning to support the
uninterrupted flow of cargo, C. Steinweg Oman LLC confirms that operations at the Port of Sohar
continue as normal.

All terminal, logistics and cargo handling activities remain fully operational, and our teams are in
place to support vessel calls, cargo discharge and inland logistics without disruption.

As part of our Business Continuity Management procedures, Steinweg Oman is closely
monitoring developments in coordination with the relevant authorities and port operators. The Port
of Sohar and the Sultanate of Oman’s logistics infrastructure are fully operational and continue
to support the uninterrupted flow of international trade.

In the event that regional shipping patterns require adjustments, Steinweg Oman together with
Steinweg-Sharaf FZCO (Dubai) is ready to support cargo routing through Sohar and road
transport linking the port with the U.A.E.

Please note the following:

  • Vessel calls, cargo discharge and terminal operations at Port of Sohar continue as scheduled.
  • Cross-border transport and customs clearance procedures are operational.
  • Steinweg Oman maintains sufficient operational capacity to support additional cargo volumes
    if required.
  • Stuffing and stripping of containers, temporary storage.

Our teams are available to assist customers with cargo planning, routing adjustments and
operational coordination should any changes to regional logistics flows occur.

Should you require any further clarification or wish to discuss upcoming shipments, please do not
hesitate to contact our operations team at csocontingency@om.steinweg.com.

We appreciate your continued trust and cooperation.
