We are moving forward in our Digital Transformation programme supported by an SAP S/4HANA implementation. Moving into the second half of the realisation phase, we have an open position for a Principal Business Process Lead. To succeed the programme needs a strong content leader who can bring clarity, alignment and momentum across domains. As Lead BPL, you will sit at the heart of the programme’s Management Team, driving cross-domain decisions and shaping how the organization designs its future processes. This is more than a programme role — it’s a long-term opportunity to define and lead global process governance beyond 2030. If you’re motivated by impact, complexity, and the chance to build something that lasts, this role offers exactly that. You will lead a team of BPLs specialised in specific process domains.

- Own the end-to-end process and solution content direction across all domains (Finance, Commercial/Order Management, Procurement, Operational Services).
- Drive cross-domain alignment by structuring complex issues, resolving conflicts, and closing design decisions.
- Act as the process decision facilitator within the Management Team, ensuring timely direction without unresolved debates.on authority on solution topics when BPL consensus
- Establish, enforce, and maintain a consistent, process-driven way of working across the BPL team.
- Coach and coordinate BPLs, raising capability and ensuring high standards in workshops, design, and partner collaboration.
- Lead structured problem-solving with stakeholders and implementation partners, turning ambiguity into clear decisions and outcomes.

- Proven cross-domain expertise across finance, commercial, procurement, and operations, with the ability to connect end-to-end processes within logistics industry.
- Strong process-driven mindset, with the conviction and discipline to enforce a structured design approach.
- Demonstrated decision-making ability, comfortable taking ownership and making calls in complex, ambiguous situations.
- Consultancy-grade problem structuring and stakeholder management skills, able to drive alignment across diverse groups.
- Experience in large-scale transformations (preferably SAP S/4HANA or similar), with a focus on business processes rather than pure IT solutions.
- Leadership capability to coach, align, and elevate a diverse team while setting and maintaining high professional standards.
